OSHA Posting Requirements

OSHA poster.  OSH Act regulations require that all covered employers post a copy (or a reasonable facsimile) of OSHA’s poster “Job Safety and Health – It’s the Law” (OSHA 3165) in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily placed in each establishment (29 CFR & 1903.2 (a)(1)).  In March 2026, OSHA released an updated version of this poster as part of its “OSHA Cares” initiative; employers already displaying a current, valid version of the poster are not required to replace it.
